i)   Vamseedhar Annam: Won the III rd best paper award in the XXIII KCIAPM Annual conference- KIMS Hubli-2005. Title of the paper “Improved microscopic detection of tubercle bacilli by bleach concentration method on FNAC material”.

      “A clinico pathological study of pruritic papular lesions in HIV infected patients in relationship with CD4, CD8, T cell counts & CD4/CD8 ratio”, was one amongst the four papers selected for award section at APCON 2006; 55th Annual conference of IAPM in Bangalore in the year 2006.

ii)   Piyush Goel: Won the 2nd best poster presentation award in the XXIII KCIAPM Annual conference- KIMS Hubli-2005, for its innovativeness and out of box thinking.

            Title of the poster:” A novel use of Toluidine Blue Stain”.

            It was used for detection of malarial parasite.

     He also won 3rd best poster presentation award in the XXII KCIAPM Annual conference- VIMS Bangalore -2004,

      Title of the poster:”ERYTHROLEUKEMIA IN A YOUNG MALE PROGRESSING TO AML M2- a CASE REPORT”

iii)                 Raghunath Rao : Won the 1^st  best poster presentation award in the KCIAPM State Conference Davanagere – 2007. “Cowdens disease –A rare case report”
